Come Make a Mess with Us...

Well we just had our first Sew Fresh meeting of the New Year and let me tell you, we all had SEW much fun! There were some new and of course fun and familiar faces! And we all got lots accomplished!!

Lisa had some super cute show & tell to share with us! Love this little half apron she whipped up! So cute and flirty! Such a fun way to show off a few great prints that you love seeing together! And how sweet would it be to pair a simple apron like this with a cool cookbook for a fabulous housewarming or bridal gift?

Apron Class

If you're an apron addict like some of us, check out Sally Brown's wonderful vintage style Apron Class happening in April! We are having an apron-themed event the same day as the class, so go ahead and mark your calendars for April 20th!!

Liz busted out this adorable skirt in like an hour for the Handmade Fashion Show on February 9th!! Loving the little shot of color at the hem! Such a simple detail can really make a handmade item look anything but! That gorgeous gray print is from the Lily Belle collection from Art Gallery Fabrics and I must say that if you are looking for a print for your fashionable creations, their prints are SO luscious and have a wonderful drape. You can really FEEL THE DIFFERENCE when touching their beautiful fabrics!

Caroline even finished an ENTIRE Valori Wells quilt top with one of our NEW Novella Quilt Kits!

We have it available in Driftwood & Spice colorways and its finished size is 60" x 80".  These prints look so wonderful together so if you are in the market for a simple yet modern quilt for a gift or yourself, then grab one of these fun and easy kits and get creating!!

Some Laser-Cut stitching was going down as well as some fresh and funky quilt blocks made from Good Morning! We had so many different projects happening all night, it was fun seeing what everyone had to work on and the messes they were making in the process!
